HI 145 thermometers have been developed for HACCP programs and offer high standards of performance together with maximum simplicity-of-use. The durable T-shaped handle fits comfortably in hand and is ideal for applications where applied force is necessary for insertion, such as with incoming meat inspection and semi-frozen foods. The LCD positioned on top of the meter allows for easy reading in cooking applications. The HI 145 thermometer is ideally suited for monitoring incoming merchandise and food storage, as well as applications in food preparation, and during cooking.

The HI 145-30 is supplied with a 12" (300mm) long stainless steel probe; ideal for monitoring hot liquids, such as deep frying and soup preparation. Automatic Calibration Check The HI 145 series is equipped with the exclusive Cal-Check feature. When the instrument is turned on, it performs a self check of its calibration status and displays it on the LCD. Accuracy is assured and your measurements are reliable.

All models of the HI 145 series are supplied with battery and instructions.
