Ann Wilkinson, Ph.D. provides business planning and business development expertise to the cheese industry. She writes business plans, does feasibility studies, and is a seasoned grant writer. She has extensive experience consulting with producer owned organizations, and loves learning about cheese. Wilkinson served as product manager of branded products for two Fortune 500 food companies. Further, Wilkinson was employed as a research economist handling strategic planning and feasibility studies for one of the nation's largest agricultural cooperatives. She holds degrees from Colorado State University and the University of Missouri, Columbia.
